What Is Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique is movement based educational practice. 

It’s all about how to get out of your own way. With an integrative approach to hands-on guidance, the work teaches us to undo harmful habits, tune into our kinesthetic awareness and shift our mindset.

By unlearning all the overdoing we get to carry ourselves with greater ease, less tension, and more confidence.
