Redefining Posture
🔺Posture is not about a position to hold. It’s a dynamic relationship between your head/neck/back and everything out from there.
🔺It’s also a relationship between your body & your mind. Your mood effects the way you carry yourself, the way you hold yourself. And visa versa. #chickenandtheegg 🐣🐥
Point being: the thinking is just as important as the body awareness.
I get a lot of students coming in asking, “is this the right position?” At the root of the work we are finding how not to get stuck. How to move through every thing. So, what we’re learning is how to employ dynamic mindfulness in our every day activities.
